CARL CLAY

Carl Clay is our Technology Director. Carl Clay is an Electrical Power Systems Dispatcher. He is a graduate of Thomas Edison State University with a Bachelors of Science in Applied Science Technology with an emphasis on Nuclear Engineering Technology. 

 

Carl began his career in the electrical field as a Nuclear Electricians Mate in the US Navy. He served for 6 years and received an honorable discharge. He then transitioned his service to the public sector as a dispatcher for City of Pasadena. There he monitored the city’s electrical system and dispatched electrical personnel throughout the city to provide safe and reliable power to the residents of Pasadena.

Carl has worked in the public sector for the past 17 years and is currently serving at the City of Riverside for the past 5 years.

​In his downtime Carl enjoys listening to audiobooks and binge watching sci-fi shows.
