Clinical Counselor ICulturally Competent Therapist: We are looking to hire multiple Clinical Counselor to join our San Bernardino and High Desert offices! The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience as a counselor and graduated with an accredited Master Degree or higher. Clinical Counselor IILocation: Virtual with Valid California BBS License Employee Type: Part Time/Full Time Pay Range: $50-$70 Per Hour (USD) Experience: 2+ Years Education: Masters Degree & BBS License (LPCC, LMFT, LCSW) Shift: Flexible Responsibilities: Provides individual, family, and group counseling Conducts psycho-educational and didactic sessions Maintains effective communication skills in delivering material Willing to learn and utilize best practices for working with diverse cultural groups Maintains consistent schedule of treatment activities and engages in collateral contact (for minors) Maintains clinical records aligned to each billing agency per organization specifications Qualifications: Graduated with an accredited master's degree (or higher) in counseling/clinical psychology, social work, or marriage and family therapy in the behavioral sciences leading to licensure. Clinical Counselor IIIClinical Supervisor provides clinical and administrative supervision to a team, providing effective coaching and feedback to MFT/MSW/PCC interns. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum of a Master’s Degree from an accredited graduate school in marriage family therapy, counseling, or psychology. Licensed in California as a LMFT, LPCC, LCSW (Clinical Supervisor I) or Clinical Psychologist with a PsyD or PhD (Clinical Supervisor II) and a valid license to practice in the State of California and in good standing with the Board of Behavioral Sciences or the California Board of Psychologist Minimum 5 years clinical counseling experience Minimum 3 years clinical supervisory experience A passion for working in a culturally proficient organization Ability to supervise pre-licensed clinicians and student interns/trainees Ability to supervise other employees in the contexts of program, clinical and administrative supervision Must be able to lead a team of professionals Ability to interact professionally with other disciplines in the organization The ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing Must be detail oriented and have the ability to complete documentation in a timely manner Excellent time management, organizational and follow through skills A demonstrated ability to multi-task, is detail oriented and have excellent follow through Effective communication skills in delivering material DUTIES Provides clinical supervision and leadership for clinical counselors Oversees the clinical care received by clients Oversees clinical and care management of assigned clients and requirements and ensuring a comprehensive care plan Completes clinical documentation in a timely manner (assessment, progress and group notes and summaries) Provides individual, family, and group counseling (if contracted) Conduct psycho-educational group and didactic sessions including parenting education, displaying good theoretical knowledge of subject matter (if contracted) Oversees student support services offered by supervisees (IEP, wraparound process, check in/check out, Student Intervention Team, etc.) Willing to learn and utilize best practices in school-based counseling such as facilitating restorative circles and developing/implementing behavior intervention plans Maintains consistent schedule of supervision activities and staff/supervision meetings Maintains clinical supervision records per agency specifications

Math CoachThe objective of the Math Coach is to address each student’s educational needs while building a relationship that creates trust and safety needed for students to experience academic growth. The tutor provides support in developing a strong baseline for each student including helping both the student and parent learn their learning style, strengths, and gap. This requires developing a healthy working relationship with each student and their family. REQUIREMENTS Must possess or be working towards a bachelor’s degree Have experience and desire to work with resilient populations (historically underserved) Components of tutoring Available resources in the City and County related to applicable client needs. Meet state and federal work eligibility Pass Department of Justice background screening. Possess personal computer 2 years of teaching or tutoring experience preferred Have experience with virtual platforms (Zoom, GoogleMeet, etc.) Reviewing classroom or curricula topics and assignments Must have advanced knowledge and familiarity with teaching or tutoring in the areas of Calculus, Algebra 1 & 2, Geometry & Trigonometry DUTIES Develop and provide ongoing assessment of individual education plan for each student During quarantine, utilize virtual platform (or utilize CCF virtual platform) to conduct tutoring sessions, when in-person meetings are authorized tutors will travel to students' homes, libraries, or schools Schedule tutoring appointments with students or their parents (grades 6+ may coordinate appointments with parent approval). Research supplemental materials to complement CCF tutoring Prepare and facilitate tutoring workshops, collaborative projects, or academic support sessions for small groups of students. Participate in training and development sessions to improve tutoring practices or learn new tutoring techniques. Aid student and family to organize tutoring environment to promote productivity and learning. Monitor student performance or assist students in academic environments, such as classrooms, laboratories, or computing centers. Review class material with students by discussing the text, working solutions to problems, or reviewing worksheets or other assignments. Provide feedback to students using positive reinforcement techniques to encourage, motivate, or build confidence in students. Prepare lesson plans or learning modules for tutoring sessions according to students' needs and goals. Maintain records of students' assessment results, progress, feedback, or school performance, ensuring the confidentiality of all records.

Meet state and federal work eligibility Pass Department of Justice background screening. Possess personal computer 2 years of teaching or tutoring experience preferred Have experience with virtual platforms (Zoom, GoogleMeet, etc.) Reviewing classroom or curricula topics and assignments DUTIES Assisting students with homework, projects, test preparation, papers, research, and other academic tasks Working with students to help them understand key concepts, especially those learned in the classroom Teaching skills to improve academic performance, including study strategies, note-taking skills, and approaches to answering test questions Demonstrating academic best practices for specific subjects and assignments, including research and writing tactics Conducting practice tests to track progress, identify areas of improvement, and help set individual goals with the students Providing students positive and constructive feedback Offering feedback on progress to students' parents and teachers where appropriate Provide one-to-one support to students in their math & science courses. Be able to provide support in Algebra 1 through Pre-Calculus. Be comfortable providing some support in science courses. Host weekly meetings with parents, communicate student progress to assist the student in staying current on all coursework Collaborate with CCF lead and relay any concerns regarding the program or student progress
