A proud graduate of Thomas Edison State University, Carl holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Science Technology with a focus on Nuclear Engineering Technology.

 

His academic achievements have provided him with a solid foundation for his career in the electrical field. Carl's journey in the electrical industry began during his time in the US Navy, where he served as a Nuclear Electrician's Mate for six years before receiving an honorable discharge. Following his military service, Carl transitioned to the public sector, where he continued to make significant contributions to the field.

During his tenure with the City of Pasadena, Carl played a vital role as a dispatcher, monitoring the city's electrical system and coordinating the dispatch of electrical personnel to ensure the delivery of safe and reliable power to residents. With his dedication and expertise, Carl helped to uphold the city's commitment to excellence in electrical service.

For the past 17 years, Carl has continued to excel in the public sector, with the last five years spent serving the City of Riverside. His tenure has been marked by a steadfast commitment to excellence and a passion for leveraging technology to enhance operational efficiency and reliability.

In his leisure time, Carl enjoys immersing himself in the world of literature and entertainment, often indulging in audiobooks and binge-watching sci-fi shows. This passion for learning and exploration reflects Carl's dynamic approach to both his personal and professional endeavors, making him a valuable asset to our team.
