Tracing the ROOTS of African American Parent Advisory Councils in Southern California’s Inland Empire

Dear Friend,

As we continue to count down and prepare for the fourth annual Inland Empire Black Parent Summit, I have found myself reflecting on our previous gatherings and the people who have consistently shown up in support of Black parents and students.

One of those amazing leaders is Dr. Judy White, former Riverside County Superintendent of Schools. Dr. White has been a pioneer in so many ways, long before occupying that seat.
