Community Liason

Jocelyn embarked on her professional journey as a bookkeeper, graduating from Sawyer Business College with a solid foundation in financial management.

Her career trajectory took her to the County of Dallas, where she assumed multifaceted roles handling payroll, accounts payable, and receivables. However, driven by her diverse interests and a thirst for new experiences, Jocelyn explored various avenues, including serving as a Nursing aide, applying her compassionate nature to care for others, and delving into the art of tailoring.

More recently, Jocelyn found herself drawn to the realm of event planning, bringing her organizational prowess and creative flair to V.L.E. Yet, it was her tenure as a Community Service Aide at the County of Riverside Department of Social Services that proved to be a pivotal moment in her career.

During her time at Riverside Department of Social Services, Jocelyn became acutely aware of the vital role mental health plays in shaping the lives of children and families. This realization ignited a passion within her for mental health advocacy, prompting her to seek opportunities where she could make a meaningful impact.

Now, as a valued member of the Clay Counseling Solutions team, Jocelyn channels her diverse skill set and unwavering dedication toward empowering individuals to unlock their full potential. With a keen understanding of the transformative power of mental wellness, Jocelyn strives to create a supportive environment where clients can thrive and flourish.

Her goal is simple yet profound: to bring out the best in those she serves, one step at a time.

Invest in the human soul. Who knows, it might be a diamond in the rough.
