Restorative Practices Training

It’s viewed as an alternative to the typical punish/suspend method of discipline that has been historically used, and which has also been found to disproportionately punish students of color. Here at CCS we aim to bridge that gap and build relationships with the school communities.The key is to build a common language for students, parents, and teachers to understand what is expected of all members in the school community.
