Associate Clinical Counselor
Grace Ramilo is a passionate and equity-driven Associate Clinical Counselor committed to supporting diverse communities through trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and student-centered care. She holds a Master of Science in Counseling with an APCC license and PPS credential from California State University, San Bernardino, and a Master of Education in Diversity and Equity from the University of California, Riverside.
As a first-generation Filipina counselor and educator, Grace draws on her personal and professional experiences to advocate for systemic change and educational justice. Her counseling philosophy is rooted in narrative therapy, play therapy, and solution-focused techniques, which she uses to help clients re-author their stories, navigate challenges, and foster personal empowerment.
Grace has provided individual and group counseling across K–12 and alternative education settings, with a focus on academic success, emotional well-being, and post-secondary readiness. She has designed and facilitated wellness groups, restorative circles, and classroom guidance lessons while collaborating closely with teachers, families, and community partners to ensure equitable access to mental health and academic resources.
Her work centers on creating safe and inclusive spaces where clients feel heard, valued, and supported. Whether guiding a student through a college application or helping a client process life transitions, Grace brings warmth, ethical integrity, and a deep commitment to advocacy and cultural humility to every interaction.
